Are you passionate about bringing creative campaigns to life across multiple platforms? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment? If so, this role is for you. As a Project Manager – Producer, you will be at the heart of some of the biggest international campaigns, ensuring flawless execution from concept to delivery. Working closely with creative teams, clients, and production partners, you will manage the entire workflow across digital, video, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
We’re looking for someone who speaks the language of creatives and producers alike—someone who understands the nuances of storytelling, design, and production while keeping projects on track and clients happy. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple brands, coordinating with stakeholders at various levels, and ensuring that high-profile campaigns hit deadlines and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing the entire process of global, multi-platform campaigns—from briefing to final delivery—ensuring seamless localization and adaptation for North American markets.
- Deciphering client media plans, creating cost estimates, and briefing internal and external creative teams.
- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all creative assets while swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
- Briefing internal studios and managing project schedules to keep creative teams aligned and on track.
- Guaranteeing that all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Collecting and communicating client feedback, working with internal teams to make necessary adjustments.
- Managing production and asset localization for multiple languages and markets.
- Juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables with a strong attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and creative partners while managing expectations.
- Handling budgets, invoices, and financial reporting for campaigns.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and upsell additional creative solutions.
Who You Are
- You come from a creative or production agency and have solid experience managing digital, video, print, and OOH campaigns.
- You’ve worked on high-volume, fast-paced international campaigns with a focus on localization.
- You have a problem-solving mindset—you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions and present smart, strategic solutions.
- You’re an exceptional communicator who can navigate conversations with clients, creative teams, and production partners.
- You thrive in detail-oriented environments, ensuring accuracy across all deliverables.
