Job Summary:

A Project Manager is a professional who ensures that their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They are responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Their duties include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Job Description:

  • Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, product management and development, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments.
  • Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
  • Analyzes location project risk, and defines mitigation actions of identified risks.
  • Assigns, monitors and measures project team members work.
  • Manages teams compliance with standards, practices and policies.
  • Directs teams deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients.
  • Leads project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings, weekly and ad-hoc.
  • Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
  • Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news.
  • Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients through healthy communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Translation or Languages).
  • 2 Years of experience as a Project Manager in Translation & Localization Industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent up to Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clients.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
  • Self-starter and pro-active.
  • Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new technologies and new tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
  • Working Condition: Hybrid.
  • Office Location: Al Mohandseen.
