Responsibilities

  • Managing a team and leading dedicated projects
  • Ongoing communication with the team, allocation of tasks
  • Supervision on the progress made by the team, maintaining on-time and high quality tasks delivery within the desired budget
  • Day-to-day analyze of team efficiency and ability to recognize and deliver improvements to people and processes
  • Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, provide feedback and performance review, encourage to professional growth
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analyse and understanding of their business needs, improving continuously the overall client experience
  • Advising a team on the complete strategy for the client, presenting creative, innovative ideas, discovering new client’s needs

Our Requirements

  • Ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
  • Passionate leader with min. 2 years of team management experience (min. 5 people in the team)
  • Experienced in working with various international clients (preferably with clients from the pharma industry) and ability to build long-term relationships with them
  • Experience in running localization/content production projects
  • Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions
  • Fluency in English – at least C1 level
  • Experienced in working for a digital/ translation agency will be a plus!

What you can expect in the recruitment process:

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) – at this stage we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (videocall)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with Global Account Director & COO (videocall)
  • Step 4 Preparing and presenting a task (in the office)
