Summary of the job:
We are a small friendly team of Publishing and Media Specialists, and we have a spot for a new colleague to join our forces. We work on varied tasks ranging from e-learning development, creating PowerPoint presentations, videos, to desktop publishing (DTP), making sure content looks great and is ready for global audiences. In this role, you can also tackle topics like accessibility or AI, all depending on your interests. Although we do need you to have a certain level of experience with relevant tools, don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a varied mix of tasks: from e-learning development, creating PowerPoint presentations, videos, to desktop publishing (DTP) tasks
- We are a localization company, so you will work on tasks connected with localization (translation) of the content we produce into multiple languages (language skills outside of English are not needed to achieve that)
- Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and objectives for each project
- Create and finalize files and multimedia content, performing spot-checks to ensure quality before handover
- Update and revise files based on QA feedback and reviews, ensuring all content is accessible and user-friendly
Skills & Experience
- High school diploma: specialization in multimedia, graphic design, or DTP is a plus
- Experience in multimedia design, DTP, or eLearning development; experience in localization is advantageous but not a must
- English language skills (min. B1 level)
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Proficient in multimedia software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Camtasia
- Skilled in DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices in eLearning design would be a big plus
- Knowledge of additional DTP, multimedia, or eLearning tools is a plus
