Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing new standards and processes to enhance our service quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the creation and implementation of new quality standards and processes.
- Developing comprehensive action plans that outline all processes, timelines, and stakeholders involved.
- Executing action plans by identifying necessary changes/updates to current processes, drafting sub-processes, and preparing documentation for stakeholders.
- Releasing updated processes by facilitating linguistic reviews, obtaining stakeholder confirmations, coding, and uploading documents, followed by announcements of releases.
- Creating and managing audit schedules by updating employee lists, assigning dates/times, and auditors for each auditee, and distributing the final schedule.
- Conducting audits by reviewing previous audit reports, executing the audit process, and sharing findings with stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
