Our client, a well-known financial technology company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Quality Program Manager. This role is fully remote and will support EST hours.
*This is a year long W2 contract*
In this role, you will be a part of the Globalization team, this team is dedicated to expanding the client’s products and services worldwide. The Quality Program Manager will oversee and enhance the quality management strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute and refine the overall quality program strategy for the Globalization team, aligning with broader team goals and KPIs
- Build robust quality processes that meet the team’s evolving needs, including creating and maintaining clear documentation, providing training, and offering 1:1 support
- Collect quality data to guide decisions on strategy, budget, initiatives, and vendor resources
- Meet with the localization vendor regularly to analyze quality data, identify opportunities for improvement, manage escalations, develop and refine processes, and maintain accountability for quality metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in the localization industry with a focus on program management
- Experience running QA programs, including Terminology Management and Style Guide creation
- Experience working with quality measurement frameworks/models (e.g. DQF)
- Experience working with multiple TMS, CMS and other translation and content management tools
