With expertise across industries like healthcare, life sciences, legal, and technology, they ensure content is accurately adapted to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of global audiences.

Fully remote – EST hours coverage is required

Summary: The Quoting Support Specialist is a critical member of the Tech Ops team, with a wide range of responsibilities, from setting up quote requests, and completing simple doc quotes, to generating client-facing quotes. This individual will play a key role within by effectively communicating with both Sales and Quoting, and fully understanding the quoting process.

Responsibilities

• Quote request setup

• Entering line items

• Liaise with Quoting and Sales to fully understand client requests

• Clear understanding of the quoting process and metrics

• Assist Quoting team with file analysis, project scoping, timeline calculation, etc.

• Prepare quotes for Enterprise clients

• Serve as a back-up for Endpoint setup

• Assist the Tech Ops team with any administrative tasks

Requirements

• Experience in the LSP industry is preferred but not required.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to multitask

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Superior skills in problem solving and analytical thinking

• Strong sense of urgency

• Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

• Effective time management

• Proactive and positive attitude

• Proficient in MS Office
