About the Job:
You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our pool of global resources- translators. Our translators are typically native speakers of practically every language in the world, who work remotely from their homes, on a project basis, providing localization and other language-related services. You will work to find, screen, train, and document new resources
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end life-cycle of recruiting translators for different languages to meet the needs of ongoing and future projects
- Find and screen freelance translators- check their CVs and experience, conduct tests to check their skills, complete the paperwork and onboarding to officially make them a part of our team
- Manage the negotiation of vendor contracts and rate cards
- Build strong relationships with all resources to keep them motivated and engaged with the company.
- Keep the resources database updated and collect and manage all the onboarding documents. Keep track of all candidates and their skills for future leverage.
- Support and work closely with the Project Team and build up new teams as per their requirements
- Act as a point of escalation for collaboration issues or conflicts with vendors
Experience and Qualifications:
- Background in HR (recruitment), vendor management or localization project management
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Good people skills (you will talk to hundreds of people every month)
- Well organized
- Flexible and sincere
