Objective:

This role is designed for a proactive individual adept at using a variety of channels to identify, engage, and recruit top talent in Latin America. Your strategic approach to talent acquisition will help us build a strong team that supports our mission and contributes to our success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition process for Latin America, developing strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Craft and place job postings in channels targeted towards Latin American talent pools.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in Latin America to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, professional associations, and other organizations to source candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and report on talent acquisition efforts.

Main Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Mass Hiring is a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience leveraging social media and digital platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, labor legislation, and cultural nuances in Latin America.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
