We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a leading company specializing in Translation, Localization, Content Management, e-learning, Training, and Web Solutions Since 1996.
-Location: Abbas El Akkad- Nasr City
-2 days off-8h/day.
-Social/Medical insurance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Experience at least 6 months-1 year with recruitment processes and databases.
• Fluent in English is a A MUST
• Preferably has experience in mass hiring.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
