We are looking for Resource Management Specialists to join our Media and Entertainment service line. This role involves managing linguist resources, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving process innovations to optimize subtitling workflows

- esResource Management: Recruit and manage resources required for subtitling projects, including linguists, translators, and subtitling softwar
- e.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics of linguist teams, identifying areas for improvement, work closely with PM team to set priority for recruitment and resource trainin
- g.Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement new ideas and tools that enhance the efficiency of resource management workflows, with a focus on automation, productivity improvements, and quality contro
- l.Vendor and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with linguists, project managers, and vendors to address workflow bottlenecks and ensure a smooth and efficient proces
- s.Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to identify quality issues, provide feedback to linguists, and ensure continuous improvement in subtitling qualit
- y.Training & Onboarding: Develop training materials and onboarding processes to help linguists adapt to evolving workflows, ensuring consistent high-quality result
