RFP and Account Coordinator

The Employee shall be responsible for successful completion of the following tasks and activities.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents, like contracts.

• Design and renew sales proposals.

• Update internal databases with account information.

• Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team.

• Conduct research on prospective clients.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.

• Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

• Create detailed reports of campaigns’ results.

• Perform market and competitive research.

• Help create promotional materials (e.g., presentations and videos).

• Act as a point of contact on assigned proposals and assist the work of the Bids and Proposals team.

• Analyze RFQs and RFPs to create proposal outlines and development plans.

• Solicit management reviews and approvals during proposal development.

• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and

• technical requirements

• Support the development and submission of winning bid responses by working with the Bids team, internal experts, and contractors, as required.

• Research and gather information to include corporate information, product information, and

• other standard materials

• Inform strategy research performed by the Bids & Proposals to Executive Director.

Working Conditions:

• Reporting and official working hours are set from 9 am till 6 pm USA (EST) with an hour of lunch break, Monday through Friday.

• This position requires availability on demand after working hours or through the weekend for urgent requests and when there is a business need.

• This position is offered at a full-time remote setting.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written command of English is a must.

• 1 year of experience in the translation and localization sales field is preferable.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

• High organizational skills.

• Details oriented.

• Hard-worker.

• Can work under stress and meet the deadlines.
