Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients in industries such as technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and more.
  • Research and reach out to decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track progress and opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Create and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Market Insights and Strategy:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and align with market demands.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Track sales activities and results using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.
