We are expanding our GCC Sales team with more Account Managers located in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
– Establishing strong and productive relationships with clients and ensuring their requirements are being handled adequately.
– Managing key accounts.
– Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal teams.
– Ensuring the the clients’ queries are addresses promptly.
– Devising strategies to approach prospects.
– Addressing different ways to retain clients.
– Following up on open quotes, prospects through emails and phone calls.
– Assisting with proposals, NDAs, etc. whenever required.
– Making sales and maintaining the assigned sales targets for the region.
– Understanding and handling client related matters.
– Attending and providing department related updated to the board of directors on weekly/monthly company meetings.
– Feeding information into the sales related software such as Hubspot or any other CRM.
– Arranging for clients meetings on regular basis.
– Drafting responses for RFP’s.
– Short stay and travelling for work and meetings.
– Assisting targets to sales team members and monitoring the performance of the team.
– Providing technical and nontechnical assistance to the sales team.
– Providing training to the sales team.
– Coordinating with the other departments within the company for work-related matters.
– Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly regional sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience (Experience in the Translation and Localization industry is highly preferred).
• Excellent command of verbal and writing English language is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Work conditions:
• The job will be handled remotely.
• Official working days set from Monday through Friday. (Due to a business need we are applying a shift-based weekend schedule within the team members).
• Working hours start at 9AM till 6PM. (Working hours may vary to meet Dubai or KSA time zone).
• This position requires flexibility and availability, to handle the urgent requests that may come up after working hours or through the weekends.
