Sales Account Manager, US

YOUR ROLE: As a Sales Manager US, you’ll be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building long-lasting client relationships.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively reach out to key decision-makers using multiple channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects through self-driven lead generation and strategic outreach.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and successfully onboard new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Experience in B2B sales on the US market, ideally in a services-based industry.
  • Prior project management experience in the translation & localization industry.
  • Ability to create and nurture a sales pipeline through prospecting, research, and outreach.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to adapt to new trends, tools, and market dynamics in a fast-paced industry.
