Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Montreal, QC. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day activities such as communicating with customers to develop and maintain relationships, providing customer service, sales and digital marketing. Some remote work is acceptable.

THE SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

  • Generating business opportunities – this involves building, maintaining and enriching our potential customer database.
  • Develop, implement and manage an effective inbound digital marketing program
  • Establish an international sales and marketing strategy
  • Identify trade shows, conferences, events and other activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Coordinate various marketing actions outside Quebec, including digital marketing webinars and other marketing techniques adapted to markets outside Quebec
  • Develop new prospects and interact with customers to increase sales of our Flow-Fit translation management system.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Identify and solicit potential customers internationally, assess customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Present our translation management system to potential customers (in person or remotely)
  • Support marketing activity as required, including administrative tasks and organizational maintenance of customer files (+ HubSpot support)
  • Prepare and help set up international sales missions
  • Help coordinate various international marketing methods, including webinars, social media, SEO

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a sales and marketing coordinator; preferably in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
  • Experience in digital marketing/advertising is an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
  • Excellent communication and customer skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English
