Interlingual is a leading provider of language services, specialising in translation, interpretation, and localization solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity.

Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while contributing to the success of our language services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our language services and assess their needs.
  2. Lead Management: Assist in managing and organising sales leads, including data entry, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our services, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  6. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  7. Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.


  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A passion for languages and multicultural communication is desirable.
