Role Summary: As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand our services deeply and craft tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves networking, and has a keen interest in content and translation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from TransCurators’ services.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline; track, prioritize, and communicate opportunities.
  3. Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present service offerings, and craft proposals tailored to their requirements.
  4. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to adjust strategies as needed.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
  8. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, ideally in content services, translation, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with content curation, translation, or localization services is a plus.
  • Driven: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
