Sales Executive

Job Description

Drive profitable sales growth and increase Rian market share of services by engaging and executing Key Account Management for Key Strategic Customers and growing customer base in allocated territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities;

• Define a monthly and quarterly sales plan to identify and nurture leads.

• Connect with leads, qualify through the qualification process and segment leads into the various market and product fits.

• Institutionalize sales process by leveraging RIAN sales and engaging tools and regular monitoring.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement understanding and seamless execution of sales plans.

• Includes making presentations and engaging with key people at customers in large institutions.

• Understanding business use case, creating a plan to upsell and cross sell Rians services/solutions.

• Filing up CRM to update weekly and monthly report outs.

Skill Set

• Good communication skills are a must. (spoken and written)

• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Confident and Outgoing with a capability to talk to people without hesitation.

• Experience working in the Translation, Media will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of marketing in markets like BFSI, Media, Pharma, eLearning would be preferred.
