Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving business growth in the professional services industry? Do you thrive in a consultative sales environment, helping clients find the best solutions for their content, translation, e-learning, and multimedia needs?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Lead to set up and streamline our sales function, expand our client base, and lead a high-performing sales team. If you have a proven track record in selling e-learning, voiceover, multimedia, or localization services, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

– Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement a structured sales function to drive business growth.
  • Identify and activate new sales channels to engage SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Continuously explore opportunities for expansion and revenue generation.

– Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Reach out to new and existing clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to drive long-term success.
  • Work closely with account management, vendor, projects, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

– Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Set up and lead a results-driven sales team.
  • Mentor and guide the team in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Define sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in selling professional services an agency setup.

✔ Industry Background: Preferably from Content, Translation, E-Learning Design & Development.

✔ Sales Expertise: Strong experience in selling E-learning, Voiceover, Multimedia, and Localization services.

✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

✔ Target-Oriented: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

✔ Consultative Selling Approach: Ability to understand client challenges and deliver innovative solutions that drive success.
