Sales Manager

Logrus IT is a leading provider of digital and language localization services. As we expand our operations in Türkiye, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in IT technologies and possess strong communication skills to drive sales and foster client relationships.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting the full sales cycle, including b2b sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Your proactive approach will involve reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining successful business relationships, and partial project management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full sales cycle, B2B sales activities, from lead generation to prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and build and maintain successful business relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Provide excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.


  • Sales background in IT or related fields.
  • Advanced business English, both written and verbal. The main language of communication in our company is English.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation skills.
  • Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result oriented.
  • Consistency and persistence.

Nice to Have

  •  IT industry experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven successful sales track record b2b would be an advantage.
  • Participation in international programs like Flex, Work and Travel USA or other abroad living experience.
  • Experience in Public speaking / presentations, pitching familiarity with trending sales techniques / tools and best practices.
