Sales Representative

We are a fun, high-growth creative Language Services company that specializes in delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. We work with some of the world’s leading financial, life science, and technology organizations to help them achieve their goals and dissolve cultural barriers. We are looking for a Sales Representative, who will be focused on developing prospects and managing loyal recurrent customers as well as manage the end-to-end process of our translation projects, from initiation to delivery. This involves coordination, analysis, project execution and adherence to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from leads and clients regarding personal projects via email, form, and phone.
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients.
  • Follow up and address any questions the client may have.
  • Prepare invoices and monitor client payments.
  • Update information in Zoho and issue an Internal Work Order to initiate the project.
  • Coordinate project production, assigning resources (DTP specialists and translators) as needed.
  • Request certificates to accompany translated documents.
  • Monitor delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) in Plunet to the resources involved in the project. Close the order upon completion.
  • Save project files in the appropriate folder and send them to the client within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Attend Sales and Production meetings, as well as catch-up meetings for both teams.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated person intended to succeed with a positive learning attitude.
  • Advanced English level
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, interacting with clients and project Management experience (Desirable in localization or a related industry).
  • Very analytical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to set priorities and to monitor progress of multiple concurrent prospect and client engagements.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience working with a CRM, Microsoft Office (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
