We are seeking an SEO and Content Manager to join our Franchise Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO and content strategies to support our global franchise network. You will manage key content projects, including multilingual website launches, localization efforts, and ongoing optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
🎯 What you’ll do
SEO & Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement global and local SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform strategy.
- Ensure our franchise partners follow best practices for on-page and off-page SEO, including link building and technical fixes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical SEO compliance
- Execute SEO optimizations directly on the CMS
- Manage SEO reporting, analytics, and performance reviews, providing data-driven insights.
Content Management & Localization
- Oversee the creation, editing, and localization of website content for franchise markets.
- Creating, editing, and coordinating the production, translation, and localization of website content required for the launch of several new franchise websites and ongoing SEO and website content maintenance.
- Ensure content aligns with Berlitz’s brand voice, products, and strategic goals.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on content production and translation.
- Provide content management guidance and training to franchise teams.
- Upload and update content using the CMS, ensuring multilingual consistency.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate global and regional content projects, including new website launches.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
- Ensure timely project delivery, maintaining high-quality content standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to ensure alignment.
⭐ About you
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO, content management, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms and managing multilingual websites.
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to manage content production projects, including freelancers and agencies.
- Experience with data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Meticulous organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated: You get things done and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- A team player with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
