Role-Senior Account and Project Manager

Contract Type– Permanent, full-time.

Location– London

Verboo is the language arm of WLP London, a creative production agency based in London.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join the Verboo team. The role is a hybrid one which will provide full and efficient account management and project management services to internal and external clients.

In this key role, you will:

·      Manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.

·      Oversee multilingual projects from start to finish, coordinating with linguists, vendors, and internal teams.

·      Drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across translation and localization projects.

·      Identify growth opportunities and play a supporting role in developing new business opportunities.

Relevant Experience required

·      Account Management and Project management experience

·      Experience managing a team

·      Champion for new technologies

·      Must have experience working in small language service provider.

·      You speak fluent English and have fluency in at least one other language. 

Please note that we operate a hybrid working model. Hot desking is available in a shared workspace in London.
