Job Purpose

You will be an active member of the engineering team. You will be expected to show a good understanding of engineering technique and skills, and will receive on-the-job training from your Line Manager as and when required. Your role will be to assist other engineers or work independently in producing high quality work to a set deadline whilst following all procedures and quality checks required by RWS and the client.

Job Description

  • Assess basic scope of work from assignment.
  • Follow and basic update instructions, checklists and documents.
  • Carry out localization engineering tasks & processes using recommended tools.
  • Perform necessary self-QC/ self-QA checks per work stages and final delivery using recommended tools.
  • Fix bugs or Perform change request both for internal and external feedback.
  • Track progress and status of assigned project and task to meet deadline.
  • Participate in project post-mortem upon request.
  • Definitely, we will provide tools & process training, follow by on-the-job training to you!!

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT related fields.
  • Basic understanding of basic software file types such as HTML, XML or resource files, etc.
  • Experience in any tool of graphic manipulation such as Photoshop or SnagIt, etc. Or able to learn.
  • Experience in any e-learning or multimedia development tools. Or able to learn.
  • Basic concept of Quality Assurance and Working process flows
  • Punctual and basic skill of time management
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work in teams and flexible.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • NEW graduated are WELCOME.


  • Localization experience would be a plus.
  • Scripting or Batch processing would be a plus.
  • Basic coding skill in any programming language would be a plus.
  • English speaking skill would be a plus.
