Artemis for Translation and Localization is now hiring #Senior_Business_Development_Specialist to join its team 🌟

Job Description:

• Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
• Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
• Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
• Managing and training a business development team.
• Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met
• Work with CRM to develop new plans for future services.
• Collect requirements and technical specifications with customers and partners, drive the integration of partner solution.
• Serve partners as necessary, including drive evaluation, solution comparison, guide procurement, value estimation/pricing, and craft business model.
• Identify qualified distributors/agencies to fulfil the company’s business needs in effective and efficient manners and manage distributors’ performance with SMART KPIs.

Job Requirements:

Personal skills

• Bilingual in both official languages is an asset.
• Successful track record in B2B sales.
• Communication & Negotiating skills.
• Organized at workplaces.
• Team work and multi task.

Technical skills

• Must possess a working knowledge of Internet metrics, digital business models, technologies and research tools used in the industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills with an eye for detail and composition.
• Recording and expanding database through CRM.
• KPI management and reporting with daily achievement to supervisor.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload based on demand and gain understanding and knowledge of all internal working groups.

Education/Experience required

• Bachelor degree in (Mass communication. Alsun. Arts (English/French).
• Minimum of 5 years prior business development for localization companies’ strategy support.
• Relevant MBA, MKT. negotiation, market analysis courses preferable.
