Job Title: Senior Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior LQA Lead to join our Localization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple localization quality assurance projects, ensuring the highest quality of localized content for our diverse customer base. This role requires a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach LQA Leads, fostering their professional growth and development in quality assurance practices.
- Lead and run multiple LQA projects, prioritizing tasks and managing interdependencies.
- Plan and be responsible for the execution of LQA projects, from small to large-scale initiatives. Provide oversight of active team projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and automation specialists, to define testing requirements and execute test plans.
- Work closely with external test vendors to communicate requirements and assess performance.
- Provide regular updates to management, highlighting any issues or risks.
- Analyze metrics to identify areas needing additional testing and create detailed quality reports.
- Use JIRA for tracking LQA activities and progress.
- Triage and follow up on bugs, ensuring resolution.
- Participate in cross-domain meetings and initiatives as a representative of the LQA or L10n team.
- Suggest and implement improvements to LQA processes and tools.
- Chip in to sprint planning and product backlog maintenance, occasionally assuming scrum master responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for features and tasks.
- Train and support other LQA Leads as necessary.

- Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred) and multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, supporting internal and external customers.
- Experience working on multi-language projects in an Agile environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in QE/QA/LQA roles.
- Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and scripting automation tasks.
- Proficient in using JIRA and GitHub for project management and version control.
- Experience with Automation frameworks (eg. BrowserStack, Appium) is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
