We are looking for a Localization Vendor Program Manager to manage our external supply chain localisation service provides. This role will involve support the future-proofing of our digita l supply chain by taking a holistic approach to specifications and publishing requirements for Prime Video. This individual will collaborate with Prime Video builders, studios, delivery partners, and the industry to shape the future of our digital supply chain architecture. As a Localization Program Manager for the Media Digital Supply Chain, you will be responsible for owning programs that drive innovation and efficiency to enhance the global customer experience. You will work across cross-functional teams to define and distribute new workflows and partner with product and technology teams to establish business requirements.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in the localization digital supply chain, specifically in dubbing.
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations.
- Be the liaison between various third-party localization service providers and technical, business, and development teams within Prime Video to drive both proactive and reactive customer experience solutions.
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multitask based on severity level and strong business judgement.
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams.
- Continuously look for ways of improving the customer experience.
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps.

Basic Qualifications
- Professional experience in Localization Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Program Management or Product Management.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience managing internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives.
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management.
- Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with dubbing studios or large localisation service providers.
- Working knowledge of the Media & Entertainment digital supply chain, including localization, QA, fulfillment, industry digital delivery standards, specifications, and delivery formats.
- Technically proficient with the capacity to acquire and adopt new technology and industry specs quickly.
- Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities.
- Experience of working directly with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services.
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to stakeholders and executives as required.
