Overview
The Senior Nurturing Associate leads engagement with leads sourced through various channels and supports the onboarding and training of new team members. Representing TransPerfect, they ensure clear, engaging, and efficient communication while helping to build the sales pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads, setting appointments for TransPerfect sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and scheduling meetings with sales representatives.
- Identify potential clients’ needs and recommend appropriate TransPerfect solutions to meet those needs.
- Communicate TransPerfect’s solutions and value proposition effectively in English.
- Maintain CRM data to optimize lead sources and revenue generation.
- Ensure adherence to nurturing processes to support data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategies that drive conversions.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Provide consistent, accurate internal and external communications.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Serve as a backup for the Nurturing Manager in their absence.
- Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.

Required Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- 3-5 years’ experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Ability to work on-site full-time from our Lisbon office.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Localization background preferred but not required.
