Job Description

We are working with a pioneering company that specializes in developing advanced AI solutions for media localization. Their unique platform provides content creators and media organizations the tools to ensure their content is understood and felt across languages, using advanced speech and translation models to maintain the emotional essence of the original content. As they expand their U.S. presence, they are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and foster new partnerships.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As the Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in growing the company’s client base by securing partnerships with media companies, independent content creators, and service providers. Reporting directly to the sales leadership, your focus will be on increasing revenue and expanding market share across various sectors within the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Understand industry trends and market dynamics to offer customized solutions to clients.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and evolving market conditions, offering insights to leadership.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and strengthen client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within media, technology, or content localization industries.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving the entire sales process independently.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in media and content delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to manage complex relationships across multiple departments and levels of an organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
