Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Content Writer (Arabic/English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills in both languages, a basic understanding of HTML, and experience with WordPress content management. This role is essential in crafting clear, engaging, and user-friendly content across iDoc’s innovative healthcare platform.
The UX Writer will play a key role in enhancing the user experience by ensuring that content is informative, culturally relevant, and seamlessly integrated into various iDoc modules.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with iDoc’s mission to improve healthcare accessibility.
• Create clear, concise, and engaging content in both Arabic and English for:
• iDoc-General app
• Medical Encyclopedia
• iDoc Ads Panel
• BaseX Kiosk
• Other relevant iDoc modules
• Write UX copy for user interfaces, including button labels, menu items, error messages, and instructional text.
• Ensure all content is optimized for readability, accessibility, and cultural relevance.
Localization & Translation
• Adapt and translate content to ensure clarity and cultural appropriateness for Arabic-speaking and English-speaking users.
• Maintain consistent terminology and branding across all platforms and languages.
WordPress Content Management
• Create, edit, and manage content using WordPress for the iDoc Medical Blog Platform and other web-based resources.
• Ensure content is organized, tagged, and easily searchable.
• Maintain and update website content, including articles, blogs, and educational resources.
Technical Skills & Optimization
• Use basic HTML to format content properly.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
• Work closely with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless content integration.
• Participate in user testing and research to gather feedback and improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX writing for mobile and web applications. (Experience in medical/healthcare content is a plus.)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with WordPress content management.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and content strategy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Skills
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Writing & Editing: Exceptional UX writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
