Your role will be evenly divided between CashtoCode and ReloadHero. As we expand our footprint in the South – East Asian market, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives and engage with our audience effectively.
As the Social Media Manager for South – East Asia, you will develop and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with ReloadHero’s brand goals and resonates with the local audience. Your role will encompass managing various local social media platforms, creating compelling content, and fostering community engagement. You will also track performance metrics, manage social media ads, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Your tasks
If you become part of the team, you will:
Develop Social Media Strategy:
- Create and execute a tailored social media strategy for the South – East Asian market that aligns with ReloadHero’s brand objectives and market trends.
Manage Channels:
- Oversee and manage local social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and others to ensure consistent brand presence and messaging.
Content Creation:
- Design and produce engaging and high-quality content (graphics, videos, posts) that resonates with the South – East Asian audience and adheres to platform-specific trends.
Translation & Localization:
- Translate, adapt, and localize existing content to fit cultural nuances and language preferences, ensuring relevance and relatability.
Community Engagement:
- Actively monitor user interactions across platforms, responding to comments and messages to build a strong and positive online community.
Social Media Ads:
- Set up, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
Performance Tracking:
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved performance.
Collaborate with Local Influencers:
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ReloadHero remains at the forefront of digital engagement in South- East Asia.
Your qualifications
You are a good fit if you:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the South – East Asian market.
- Strong understanding of local social media platforms and cultural trends.
- Exceptional content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing graphics, videos, and engaging posts.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and well-versed in English, other SEA languages are a plus, with strong translation and localization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting social media metrics.
- Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
