Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to perform independently and become an SME. – Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. – Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. – Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to meet project requirements. – Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. – Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance. – Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. – Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. – Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Japanese. – Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. – Experience in localization and internationalization of software applications. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. – This position is based at our Coimbatore office. – A 15 years full-time education is required.
