Software Sales Specialist – Notting Hill, West London (W10)

Strategic Agenda creates compelling software for localization agencies and SME businesses.

We’re looking for someone to lead and expand sales of TranslationProjex, a business management system, and Robert, a cutting-edge AI CAT tool.

So what will you actually be doing?

Your primary role will be driving sales of our 2 core products: TranslationProjex and Robert

A typical day might range from demonstrating the product to a client in the US to generating social media product buzz.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as first point of contact for any sales inquiries.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Managing subscriptions
  • Training existing clients on the platform
  • Escalate issues to the development team and follow up on their resolution
  • Creating content (support docs, videos) to help users help themselves

  • Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Enthusiasm and positivity
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills
  • You’re very organized and pay attention to the details
  • You can work independently but don’t suffer in silence
  • You love technology and are a confident user of AI

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CAT tools or translation business/project management tools
  • Fluency in another European language
