Software Sales Specialist – Notting Hill, West London (W10)
Strategic Agenda creates compelling software for localization agencies and SME businesses.
We’re looking for someone to lead and expand sales of TranslationProjex, a business management system, and Robert, a cutting-edge AI CAT tool.
So what will you actually be doing?
Your primary role will be driving sales of our 2 core products: TranslationProjex and Robert
A typical day might range from demonstrating the product to a client in the US to generating social media product buzz.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as first point of contact for any sales inquiries.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Managing subscriptions
- Training existing clients on the platform
- Escalate issues to the development team and follow up on their resolution
- Creating content (support docs, videos) to help users help themselves
