We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, with the ability to write, edit, and manage content in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for developing and executing content that aligns with our brand voice, supports our business objectives, and engages audiences across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, internal and external communications, talking points, video scripts, etc. in both Spanish and English.
  • Global Content Strategy: Collaborate with the global corporate affairs and impact team to develop and implement content strategies that cater to global audiences, taking into account cultural nuances and language differences.
  • Content Localization: Adapt and translate content for different markets, ensuring the message remains consistent with the brand while being culturally relevant and engaging.
  • Research and Ideation: Conduct in-depth research to inform content creation, gathering insights on industry trends, audience preferences, and the competitive landscape in various regions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling across all content.
  • Content Management: Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring the timely delivery and publication of content across multiple platforms.
  • Content Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content for better engagement and reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience in developing content strategies and managing content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of global content considerations, including cultural nuances and localization.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
