JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow DSO (DevSecOps) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, DevSecOps practices, and a proven track record of managing and enhancing notification solutions, automation, and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct design reviews of the existing non-major notification (SMS/voice) solution to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Automate the catalog onboarding process for teams to P3, P4, and P5 SMS/voice notifications, streamlining communication and response times.
  • Redesign and standardize notification templates to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
  • Translate incident notifications into multiple languages to support a diverse and global user base.
  • Automate DL (Distribution List) maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide Hyper Care and support for a period of 3 months post-implementation to ensure stability and address any issues.
  • Enhance the MIM (Major Incident Management) workbench to improve incident response and resolution times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of notification systems, automation, and incident management.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multi-language translation and localization.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
  • Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
