Swiss-German-Speaking Linguists for Post-editing Project with Annotation

We are currently seeking Swiss-German-speaking linguists for a post-editing project involving annotation of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The ideal candidates will be Swiss-German speakers with a deep understanding of Swiss culture, local names, places, and regional nuances.

Timezone: (remote position)

Project Details:

Task: Post-editing with annotation of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) of chat conversations between users and customers.

Objective: Ensure the natural flow of conversations while localizing Personal Identifiable Information (PIIs) with realistic, but entirely fabricated data.

Scope: Over 200+ conversations to edit. Initial batch of 50-100 conversations to be delivered within 10 days from start.

Location: Ideally based in Switzerland, to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.

Starting: We’re just getting started.

Location of the project: Remote.

 

Requirements:

Swiss residents or those familiar with Swiss German and regional nuances.

Proficiency in Swiss-German.

Strong knowledge of Swiss local names, places, and cultural references.

Experience in linguistics, post-editing, PII annotation, and localization.

Attention to detail to ensure that all content feels natural and authentic.

Ability to meet deadlines (50-100 conversations in 10 days).
