As a TA Coordinator, you will be Assisting on filling our hiring requisitions locally and globally with all of Future Group subsidiaries.

-Job Duties:

  •  Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
  • Implement innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department.
  • Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure the adequate understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements and expectations of the job.
  • Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and team members to create a partnership that delivers success, collaboration and credibility.
  • Collaborate as a part of the HR team to create and implement employee communications that inform, inspire and engage employees around the company’s vision, culture, strategy & values.
  • Drive staff engagement & retention through a series of internal events & external staff gatherings.
  • Revise process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommend ideas that can help us improve further.
  • Take responsibility for own project initiatives.


  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience 1 year as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruiter, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English skills
  • HR Certificates or diploma is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
