Pre-requisites
- Duration & condition: you must be currently eligible for an internship contract and you are looking for a six-month full time internship.
- Start Date: As soon as possible in October/November to the latest
- Location: Fully remote (You must reside in Germany during your internship).
- Language Requirements: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) as you’ll be working in an international environment.
About your role
As a Talent Finding Intern, you’ll work closely with our experienced team of global Talent Finders, who are passionate about delivering excellence for our business. Your responsibilities will cover various aspects of recruitment and talent management within our fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving organization.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by actively supporting our Talent Finding team, primarily working for our TrainAI Data Services. You’ll assist the team in sourcing and vetting talents, with a focus on the German market. You’ll also support the team in building and strengthening our talent pool within our TrainAI community. Additionally, you’ll liaise closely with our candidates to ensure they have a smooth and successful onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on sourcing activities for the continuous growth of the TrainAI community, mainly for Germany.
- Process and review applications of freelance candidates.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates throughout their onboarding journey, providing necessary support.
- Report on vendor recruitment and onboarding results
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs
- Assist Talent Managers and Talent Finders in the implementation of recruitment plans
Skills & Experience
- A degree in a discipline related to recruitment, communications or social media management, or an equivalent field such as international communication or translation
- Excellent written and verbal command of both German and English.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in the latest AI and machine learning trends is a must.
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
