Tesla is looking for a skilled Localization Specialist to join our team in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you’ll help ensure that all new UI features across Tesla’s vehicle infotainment systems (Model S/X, Model 3/Y, Cybertruck) are seamlessly localized to provide an exceptional user experience for our global markets.
As a Localization Specialist, you will collaborate closely with developers, feature owners, and designers to ensure Tesla’s user interfaces are both culturally and linguistically tailored for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, brings a blend of strong translation skills and localization expertise, has experience in software testing, and is passionate about innovative technology. Flexibility to work unconventional hours, including weekends, when necessary, is also essential.

Expected Compensation
$60,000 – $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
