Key Responsibilities
Document Translation
1. Accurately translate technical, business, and industry-related documents between English and Chinese.
2. Ensure translated content is precise, culturally appropriate, and adheres to industry-specific terminology.
Document Formatting & Enhancement
1. Professionally format and refine various types of documents, improving readability and presentation quality.
2. Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and is suitable for external distribution.
Document Organization & Research
1. Classify, archive, and maintain industry-related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
2. Conduct research on relevant topics, collect and analyze data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
Job Requirements
Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, documentation, or content localization.
2. Strong background in document handling, with an understanding of economic and industry-related topics.
Language Proficiency:
1. Exceptional ENG and CN writing skills with the ability to communicate and create content in both languages.
2. Deep understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances in ENG & CN.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) and online documentation tools.
Ability to independently create high-quality presentations and technical documents.
2. Familiarity with office software and document processing tools.
