About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to collaborate with our team in managing Payhawk’s help articles, product copy, and localization process.

  • You will be a key part of the product team in incepting new features and functionality and making the product copy self-explanatory to our customers.
  • You will own the localization process by coordinating the work of external and internal translators.
  • You will be responsible for our Help Articles, ensuring we cover key customer questions in a clear way.
  • You will help us shape our translation engine by bringing your knowledge of the language specifics of different language groups.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain help articles for new and existing product features and product functionality.
  • Manage the overall help articles structure to drive understanding, improve representation, and reduce support load.
  • Manage the process of localization of help articles and identify ways to improve translation quality.
  • Manage the process of localization of new and existing product features.
  • Help maintain the Product knowledge base hub.

Requirements

  • +3 years in Technical Writing, UX Writing, or Content Design.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to create and optimize processes.
  • Excellent time-management and task-prioritization skills.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and ability to work both in a team and individually.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of HTML5 and GitHub, and previous experience in localization.
