What you’ll do:

As a Technical writer & Localizer in Regnology, you will take active part in the industrialization of Regnology software technical documentation. You will be attached to the Technical Documentation & Localization team within the R&D department.

Your mission will consist in working closely with R&D and product teams in order to:

  • Create and maintain high-quality end-user-oriented technical documentation (release notes, user guides, online helps, technical requirements, etc.) in DITA XML format,
  • Localize software interfaces while considering user experience design best practices,
  • Guarantee terminology consistency throughout our software ranges by conducting workshops,
  • Manage internal and outsourced translation and localization projects,
  • Ensure internal processes are being followed.

You will also take part in our 2025 flagship Content Delivery Platform (CDP) implementation project, which will mark a milestone in the documentation journey at Regnology.

  • 1+ years of experience in software technical writing
  • Fluent in English, plus German or French
  • Master’s degree in Technical writing/communication
  • Proven expertise in technical writing (information architecture, audience targeting, terminology, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of Oxygen XML Editor (DITA XML), Git and CAT tools
  • Good knowledge of JIRA
  • Organized, rigorous and curious with a strong team spirit and a strong ability to assimilate knowledge
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders
