Job Responsibilities

  • Update Master Guide/Quick Start Guide Drafts
  • Update Master Guide Screenshots
  • Prepare Master Guide Copies for Other Languages
  • Implement Marketing Copy Changes
  • Manage Translation Memory
  • Quality Assurance
  • Coordinate with Teams
  • Maintain Documentation Standards

Responsibilities

  • Update Master Guide/Quick Start Guide Drafts: Ensure all drafts are consistently updated for compliance and reflect necessary translation changes.
  • Update Master Guide Screenshots: Maintain accuracy and consistency by updating software screenshots in all 10 required languages.
  • Prepare Master Guide Copies for Other Languages: Finalize translated copies after completing the English version.
  • Implement Marketing Copy Changes: Apply updates to marketing copies and translations across all documents as needed.
  • Manage Translation Memory: Utilize available translations for designer/packaging queries related to quick start/master guides.
  • Quality Assurance: Review boxes and manuals for format-related content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in terms of localization and technical content.
  • Maintain Documentation Standards: Adhere to and enforce documentation standards and best practices across all materials.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • Diploma or related certification in library administration, business administration, archival studies or related fields.
  • 2+ years experience. Tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and keen interest in computer peripherals and software.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft word, Excel, Notepad++, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Neat, organized and proactive in upkeeping documentation.
  • English and Vietnamese speaking is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of gaming culture is a plus.
