Responsibilities:
The Training Supervisor will lead the execution and localization of global programs to ensure programs and formats are support local brand initiatives. This position responsible for Vietnam and Myanmar markets.
- Translate business objectives into training needs by understanding the business priorities and its implication on the field selling approach.
- Play a key role on translations, adaptation and customization of training materials.
- Lead retail actions plans, follow ups, KPI tracking and measure success.
- Develop training modules and guidance according to training needs.
- Conduct product knowledge and selling technique training programs to frontline staffs.
- Deliver classroom training and field coaching sessions in active learning methods.
- Monitor and evaluate frontline staffs performance.
- Create selling script according to sales / promotion strategy.
- Assist Marketing team for doing online livestream.
- Work with Retail and Marketing team to formulate retail strategy and assist retail staff for execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the beauty retail industry.
- Knowledge of Spa treatments and services training is highly preferred.
- A team player, mature, confident, positive mindset with good people skills.
- Excellent communication, selling and teaching skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with frontline team.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint presentation.
