Our Brand Field Activation team is the bridge between global programs and local realities, amplifying and connecting our corporate brand efforts to regional demand.
This internship will take place inside the growing Localization team -immersed in on the Brand Field Activation team, in charge of managing all the localization efforts, including high-quality translations to maximize SAS Brand impact globally.

Localization plays a crucial role in making global communication accessible no matter what languages our audiences speak; we help SAS connect with these diverse audiences fostering inclusivity.
As an intern, you might:
Help with SAS localization teams’ enablement, as well as, to drive localization processes improvements. Some of the projects you might working on:
- Support the creation of global marketing style guides, glossaries in alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Optimize and maintain the Translation Training Portal to streamline enablement processes, ensuring that users have access to the latest best practices, guidelines, and troubleshooting resources.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new internal users or team members involved in localization processes, ensuring they are well-versed in tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and support materials development to educate regional teams on localization tools and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
Required Qualifications
- Degree Type: Associates or Bachelor’s or advanced student
- Targeted majors: Translation, Localization, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
- We are looking for strong project management, organization skills and love for Global cultures and diversity
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- If you are familiar with Localization tools and languages, that’s a plus but not a requirement
Location: Hybrid workplace model, combining office and remote working. We do have a great offices in Madrid (Sanchinarro area) where you can work from which creates an inspiring working atmosphere.
