Job Description

  • Recruitment, screening, selection, qualification, and development of external resources according to required specializations, verticals, and budget constraints.
  • Have a clear communication with PM Team in terms of initiated requests and deliver feedback about the linguists.
  • Define appropriate test procedures for resource qualification, handle test translations and other work samples.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for purchased services.
  • Compile and maintain vendor data and documents to assure we have most current information on file.
  • Setting up, following up and maintenance of contracts
  • Work closely with Finance team in order to fulfill payments for Vendors and finalizing the contracts.
  • Act as escalation point for vendors. Create vendor partnerships with a focus on vendor utilization, cost control, quality and commitment to projects.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 1:2 Years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Experience in negotiating and persuasion Strong interpersonal skills Effective time management Proactive attitude experience in localization field will be a plus
