▶Job Description : Translator, Copyeditor, Translation Editor

∙ Translate/ Edit content into the target language with proper linguistic tone and flow.

∙ Create and manage assets such as style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality and standards.

∙ Collaborate with the Kiwi localization team to discuss and determine suitability of content and to ensure content is delivered on time.

▶Job Description : Team Lead

ㆍEdit and proofread English subtitles translated from Korean content with proper linguistic tone and flow.

ㆍCreate and manage assets such as style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality that meets Kiwi Vine’s standards.

ㆍCollaborate with Kiwi localization teams and freelancers to improve accuracy and consistency of localized work, and deliver by set deadlines.

ㆍCreate training materials for the team and conduct necessary training.

ㆍSet clear team goals and KPI.

ㆍStrategically implement methods that optimize team workflow and performance.

ㆍMonitor, supervise, and effectively delegate work to team members.

ㆍManage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously in an organized manner.

ㆍLiaise with clients to successfully meet client requirements.

ㆍActively participate in potential client recruitment process.

▶Key Qualifications : Team Lead

ㆍExcellent communication skills

ㆍExhibit strong leadership skills

ㆍStrong grammar and punctuation skills

ㆍHigh proficiency in English and Korean (TOPIK level 6)

▶Work Environment

ㆍLocation: On-site

ㆍWork Days: 09:30 a.m. – 06:30 p.m. (5 days per week)

ㆍAnnual Salary: 30M or above (depending on experience)
