Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate online with players from Turkish-speaking areas.
2. Manage game forums, email communication, and solve related problems.
3. Properly and promptly handle player complaints to effectively resolve player dissatisfaction.
4. Understand player needs and record their feedback.
5. Actively participate in process and business improvement efforts, and provide reasonable suggestions.
6. Support translation and localization from Chinese into Turkish;
7.Communicate in Chinese to other departments to report possible bugs;
8. Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc.
Job Requirements:
1. Speaker of Turkish.
2. Conversational level of Chinese (MUST have, HSK4-level minimum).
3. Deep understanding of the Turkish culture.
4. Passionate about video games and rich experience playing video games.
5. Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
6. Able to multitask, diligent and responsible.
7.Experience in customer service in the video game industry a big plus
Basic information:
Job type: REMOTE
Salary: 1k-1.7k USD (depending on experience)
Working hours: 9 hours total: 8 hours of work per day + 1 hour break for lunch
Time in Turkiye: 8am-12pm;13pm-17pm
Working days: 5 days a week, exact days according to team shift’s scheduling
