UX Content Designer Location: Hybrid (London or Corby) RS Group is currently looking for a UX Content Designer to join our team permanently. As our first Content Designer, you will help shape, develop, and deliver our UX content strategies and practices. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping products and services for our global user base. This UX Content Designer will work to help drive user engagement, making a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft user-centric content aligned with UX principles and Tone of Voice.
  • Develop concise micro-copy for effective user interactions.
  • Evaluate existing content for consistency and adherence to UX and Brand guidelines, recommending improvements based on best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design system content, ensuring consistency across various products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with translation teams to ensure accurate and culturally relevant content, maintaining messaging consistency across different languages.
  • Assist in creating internal communications such as newsletters and promotions, fostering effective communication within the UX team.
  • Document UX processes, guidelines, and best practices, creating comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies and ensure synergy with broader organizational goals.
  • Translate intricate product updates and features into easily understandable copy, communicating technical information in a user-friendly manner.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess skills in content design, covering planning through execution, and a solid understanding of UX and CD methodologies. You should be a collaborative team player with experience thriving in a progressive, cooperative Agile environment.

What You Need

  • Strong experience in product writing or copywriting.
  • Experience working in UX.
  • Experience using Figma and localization tools would be a bonus.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and workflows.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
